GLY Construction Group Engineering & Design offers turnkey construction support services assisting clients with construction projects from conception through licensing to occupation. Capabilities include project programming, consultation, design coordination, cost estimating, jurisdictional liaison, specification coordination, onsite project management, equipment selection, purchase, and installation. As part of our project management and support services we identify project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants. We maximize resource efficiency through procurement of materials and equipment. We implement various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
